Movement Class

Sometimes dynamic and sweaty, sometimes slow and meditative in nature, my  breath-based flows are designed to get you in your body and out of your head. The intensity will be progressive and respectful of everyone’s level of practice. Variations will be offered and prompts such as blocks, blankets and yoga belts are highly encouraged.


Spotify Playlist 

Some like it loud, some not at all, but movement without music isn’t the same for me so I always curate intentional playlists to accompany my classes. To access my music, follow me on Spotify and wait for my cue at the beginning of each class to start the suggested playlist. For optimal audio, I recommend playing music from an external speaker and listening to my instructions directly on your device.
