My teaching style is intentional yet approachable, emphasizing presence, curiosity, and choice. While the practice can be physically engaging, it remains progressive and respectful of different bodies, energies, and levels of experience.
Variations are always offered, and the use of props such as blocks, blankets, and straps is encouraged. Classes also incorporate grounding exercises, guided meditation, and practices that support nervous system regulation and stress awareness.
